Hangzhou Talent New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliated company, Hangzhou Talent Decorative Paper Co., Ltd., were founded in December 1997. They are among the earliest companies in China to use water-based inks and specialize in the production of high-end decorative paper and composite 3D technology wrapping paper.

The original factory is located in the Hangzhou Lin'an Economic Development Zone, covering a total area of 15,075 square meters. They have put into production more than 5,000 wide-width varieties to meet the demands of both domestic and international markets.
